State Level Rangoli Competition held at Sri Anegudde Vinayaka Temple,Kumbhashi

"Art is the mirror of culture. Everybody should contribute to the betterment of art and culture." said Sri.K. Sooryanarayana Upadhyaya inaugarating. State Level Rangoli Competition whuch was held at the Premise of Anegudde Vinayaka Temple Kumbhashi.
      "Rangoli is one of the oldest forms of art and its our responsibility to carry over this wonderful art to the coming generations." he further said.
Rangoli Competition was held with a joint association of Anegudde Vinayaka Temple, Kundaprabha and Sri Dharmasthala Gramabhivruddhi Yojaane.
       The Director of DGY Sri.Dugge Gouda was the cheif guest. Dr.Kanaradi Vadiraj Bhatta, Sri.Suresh Bettin and Dr.H Rammohan were present.

         ಒಂದೇ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ದಂತ ಪಂಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಜೋಡಿಸಿ ರೋಗಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಗುವಿನ ಗೆಲುವನ್ನು ಬೀರಿದ ಇದೊಂದು ಅಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಎಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಎ.ಬಿ.ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ದಂತ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಉಪ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಡಾ.ರಮಾನಂದ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
     ಅವರು ರವಿವಾರ ಕುಂಭಾಶಿ ವಿನಾಯಕ ಸಭಾಗೃಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಟೇಶ್ವರ ರೋಟರಿ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಎ.ಬಿ.ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ದಂತ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಪ್ರೋಸ್ತೊಡಾಂಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ದ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದಂತ ಪಂಕ್ತಿ ಜೋಡಿಸುವ ಶಿಬಿರ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
    ಕೋಟೇಶ್ವರ ರೋಟರಿ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಅದ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ ಕುಂಭಾಸಿ ಅದ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಎ.ಬಿ.ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ದಂತ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲ ಡಾ.ರಾಜಂದ್ರಪ್ರಸಾದ್,ಪ್ರೊರೋಡಾಂಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಡಾ.ಕೃಷ್ಣಪ್ರಸಾದ್,ಭಾರತ ಸೇವಾದಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಮಹಾಬಲ ಕುಂದರ್,ರೋಟರಿ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಗವರ್ನರ್ ಟಿ.ಕೆ.ಎಂ.ಭಟ್,ರೋಟರಿ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ರವೀಂದ್ರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ,ದಬ್ಬೆಕಟ್ಟೆ ದಂತ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಡಾ.ಮೈತ್ರಿ ನಾಯ್ಕ.ಡಾ.ರೇಶ್ಮಾ,ರೋಟರಿ ವಲಯ ಲೆಫ್ಟಿನೆಂಟ್ ಕೆ.ಆರ್.ನಾಯ್ಕ.ಸಮುದಾಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಸದಾನಂದ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
     ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ್ ಕುಂಭಾಶಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು.ರೋಟರಿ ಡೆಂಟಲ್ ಕೇರ್ ಚೇರಮೆನ್ ಗಣೇಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನಾಡಿದರು.ರವೀಂದ್ರ ನಾವಡ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದರು.ನಾಗೇಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿಗಾರ್ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು.

Aanegudde Car Festival : Katte Pooja Yesterday

As a integral part of auspicious car festival of Sri Vinayaka,katte pooja has been carried out with all formalities here at Kumbhashi.Streets have been made decorated with tube lights.Buildings made colourful using serial lights.Welcome tower has been decorated with lots of beautiful series of lights.People of Kumbhashi came in hundreds to witness script 'Ranga Mantapa' produced by 'Mooru Muttu' artists hosted by Katte Friends Kumbhashi near Siddi Vinayaka Hall.Today there will be Car Festival and Astottara Sahitha Sahasra Narikela Mahayaaga going to be held at Aanegudde Temple.

Deepotsava Today at Kumbhashi Harihara Temple

Kumbhashi, Dec 2 :Its all set for the deepotsava at harihara temple,kumbhashi which is one among Saptakshetras.Today its Kartika amavasye which has been regarded as the special ocasion to the diety Lord Shiva.
Laksha deepotstava will commence today around 8pm.Further today is Monday which is considered as a special day for deciples of lord Shiva.

Damage Caused to Modi's Banner at Kumbhashi

Kumbhashi, Nov 24: A banner complimenting Narendra Modi have been hung near Kumbhashi Bus Stand on the way to HariHara Temple which was placed by Modi Abhimanigala Balaga,Kumbhashi.That banner has been damaged by miscreants that may give rise to disturbances in the area.

Further Modi Abhimanigala Balaga have urged the police to arrest the culprits.
